Woensdag 8 oktober 17:00De voorgestelde change is akkoord bevonden op acceptatie en zal derhalve vanavond uit worden gerolt op productie.
De nieuwe actielink kan als volgt worden toegevoegt.
Ga naar Beheer > Applicatieinstellingen > Portal beheer en open het tab Gebruikersinstellingen.
Selecteer de relevante gebruikersgroep/rol en klik onder "Beheer actielinks voor dossiers" op de ingestelde linkset voor het werknemersdossier.
Dit opent het Actielinkwidget instellen menu. Klik Actielink Toevoegen en zoek in de dropdown naar "Taak Notitie Toevoegen":
Let op: zoek met een spatie tussen Taak en Notitie. Als je op "Taaknotitie" zoekt verschijnt de actielink niet.
Klik op Opslaan.
Gebruikers die deze actielinkset gebruiken hoeven niet opnieuw in te loggen, maar kunnen de pagina eenvoudig verversen. We zijn helaas niet in staat om deze actielink automatisch toe te wijzen aan gebruikersgroepen/rollen aangezien we onbedoelde toegang tot taaknotities niet 100% kunnen uitsluiten. | Wednesday October 8th 17:00De proposed change has been approved after acceptance testing and will be rolled out to production this evening.
The new action link can be configured as follows.
Go to Management > Application Settings > Portal management and open the User Settings tab:
Select the desired usergroup/role and click the action link set associated with the employee dossier under "Manage action links for dossiers".
This opens the Configure action link widget tab. Click Add Action link and search for "Taak Notitie Toevoegen" in the dropdown:
Note: Leave a space between Taak and Notitie. If you search for "Taaknotitie" the action link will not be found.
Click Save.
Users with this assigned action link set will not need to relog, but can simply refresh their current page. We were sadly unable to add this action link automatically as we were unable to definitively rule out accidental access to the task notes. |
